How Unit33 handles personal data on this website and in the systems we build and run for clients.
Who we are
Unit33 builds and runs AI systems for companies. For the personal data you send us through this website, Unit33 is the controller. For data in the systems we run for clients, the client is the controller and we act on their instructions.
What we collect on this website
- Your name, work email and company when you book a call
- Your answers to the questions when you book
- Basic technical data such as browser type, for security and to keep the site working
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to prepare and hold the call, and to send you the plan. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, which processes your booking details on our behalf. If you add your mobile number, we only use it to text you reminders about the call.
How long we keep it
We keep build plan requests for as long as needed to follow up, and at most two years if we do not work together.
Data in client systems
Client systems run in accounts owned by the client. We only access data to build, run and improve the systems, with permissions per role and a full audit trail. Data is not used to train public AI models.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Reply to any email you received from us with your request, and we reply within one month.
